Is it time for your medication, or mine?

Moment Of Impact
Check out his arms. Instinct.

I should know better than to do any kind of a workout on Sunday afternoons. It may be Wednesday before I move again. Sleep right here in this chair.

Jose wasn't there this morning. I was disappointed because this morning's message (Why are Things Messed Up?) gave me the opportunity to talk briefly about God's provision of salvation. But God is sovereign. And we had two other visitors. And indications that others who have been invited may visit. All in God's timing.

There are ten of us from Pathway doing the triathlon on Thanksgiving Day, so on Sundays we compare training experiences, projections and strategies. The moms are having trouble getting adequate training sessions in. Imagine that! (They'll probably still beat me.) Us guys are all struggling with one segment or another of the training. Not surprisingly, we're also inclined to be just a wee bit more competitive. But all of us are laughing about it, and I think we're going to have a lot of fun before and after the race. During is about pain management.

Is it just me, or is Keith Oberman just about the most annoying person on television?
And as soon as my campaign to rid the airwaves of commercials with cavemen is effective we're going to launch another to eliminate Alltel ads that have played the whole Chad-and-the-Four-Doofi schtick way past their due date.

Have you owned any of these? We had a Pinto for a couple of years, and I got rear ended once. Fortunately it was at low speed.
The Top 7 Most Dangerous Cars

Winning ugly is still winning. However, it makes you wonder how many of these the Cardinals can pull out. They'll make it into the playoffs but the second round seems pretty unlikely.

I want a car that starts with a button instead of a key. The fact that they start at $40k, however, is a problem.

The thing about eating brownies from the pan with a fork is that you lose track of how much you've had.
That's a good thing.
Because these are good brownies!
