If you can read this you're not illiterate.

This is his first boat.
This is the first launch of his first boat.
This is a learning experience, one that really should not have been necessary.

When I told them at church Sunday that we were going to drive to Denver I heard, "You're driving?!" I now understand that reaction. We had it pegged at something between 12 and 13 hours and it turned out to be 15.5 hours. At a McDonald's in Gallup we waited WAY to long for our lunch orders, and we had to pull over for a few minutes just north of Colorado Springs because the rain and hail was so bad the road was a lake. But other than that, it's just a LOOONG drive. The xB struggled up hills, and there are a lot of those between Phoenix and Denver, beginning with the climb up to Flagstaff. But most of the scenery was beautiful.

We can't wait for the return drive on Friday!

Just out of the evening meeting. I've had a cup of coffee and now I need to catch up on some business stuff. Sorry for such a short post. I'll make up for it tomorrow, maybe with a double post.

So far so good

You should have taken Gerta 'cause I've heard that they float. Hope you are getting a good response to your program. CYB
