I'm pretty sure last night's picture was photo-shopped. This one isn't.
I don't have enough time for a regular post. I have a 6 a.m. flight tomorrow which means leaving the house about 4 a.m.
I haven't started to pack yet, I have LOTS of stuff to get ready for church Sunday - stuff that I need to send with Pam - and there's more but I just can't think of it.
Oh yeah, I have to get the tax forms signed and ready to go in tomorrow's mail.
The pond liner is IN and the pond is FULL, as of 4 p.m. I'll post pics when I get back from MI in a week. No time now.
It will not leak!! I can't believe how thick the liner is. Think inner tube thick. The roll weighed 120 pounds, per the FedEx label on the box. Getting it in and positioned was a challenge but it's done.
I met with Todd for dinner to go over his lesson for Foundations Sunday. He's going to do GREAT. He's got "it." He doesn't think he does, but he does. It will develop; he'll get better every time he preps and teaches. He's getting the hang of the study, construct, teach process.
But the best part is watching him learn the Bible. This time his lesson is about the pericope as a genre within Gospel lit. He'll never read the Gospels the same way again, won't be able to skip past a pericope without stopping to take note.
It's COLD in Grand Rapids. As in double digit temps and the first number is a 3.
I am not ready for this.
