"The most radical revolutionary will become a conservative the day after the revolution. " - Hannah Arendt

And your day was how bad?

Mitch Daniels has decided against a Presidential bid. He said he was personally inclined to go for it but he has a wife and four daughters. His statement included the following: "In matters affecting all of us, our family constitution gives veto power to the women's caucus, and there is no override provision."
I love it!

How do we convince Rep. Paul Ryan to run?

This morning at Pathway we split things up. Instead of worship and then classes we sent all the kids to their classes while the adults met together for the worship service. We did that because we had communion this morning and wanted the entire service to be focused on that most significant exercise, a difficult thing to do with 25-30 kids under the age of eight in the room. Then second hour we had a special fellowship time to say goodbye to the Burgards who are moving back to Missouri this week. We're sad to see this family of 5 leave our church but he's going to be involved in a ministry there and they'll be back near their families. I understand.

Triple digits this week. Bike rides need to start earlier.

For now it's Sunday night. I've tried looking into the corners of my brain for blog content but all I find is dust bunnies.
