"Effort only fully releases its reward after a person refuses to quit." - Napoleon Hill

Frustrating day. Too many things couldn't be completed because of a snag, including several key steps on the truck. And I can't get to the garage cabinet with all my electrical stuff because it's blocked by things that will go out first thing in the morning for the moving sale.

The house is a mess and it's driving me crazy, but I can't justify cleaning it when it will get a thorough cleaning in two weeks when everything is out and on the truck. After tomorrow's sale I may try to empty a couple of rooms, give them that thorough cleaning, and then shut the door until we leave.
It's my mother's fault. She trained me to be a clean freak.

Pam's rat dog is totally messed up. The table he typically sleeps under is gone. So is the rug where he naps. Rooms are empty and his owner is busy doing all kinds of odd things all over the house. Very disconcerting.

I've OD'd on Pope coverage, but if the alternative is going back to hearing about Trump I'll learn to cope.
Speaking of Trump, the Bible as prop. Good grief.

Pizza tonight with the kids and grandkids except for Josh who's in Baltimore for a conference.
Home for dessert with a cup of Costa Rica java. Yummmm.
And a FB conversation with mi Tico familia. Wonderful!

Now it's time for bed. I'll be up very early to get things out of the garage onto the driveway in time for the sale which we said will start at 7 a.m. (Who did that??)

Hasta maƱana.
