The Democrats and others are calling for an FBI investigation into the allegations made against Judge Kavanaugh. The impression left is that the agency will determine and announce whether the charges have merit, but that's not the case. The FBI report would only be a record of interviews they conduct and any forensic evidence they gather (there isn't any when the accusations date back 35 years). The report would say, "Person X says...." and "Person Y says...."
This is why then-Senator Joe Biden, a Democrat, opposed an FBI investigation into the accusations made by Anita Hill in 1991. "FBI reports have little or no probative value because they are hearsay."
Those who receive the report can draw whatever conclusions they think serve their agenda best.

The turkeys have invaded. We suddenly have a flock of about 6 hens that have moved into the immediate area and sometimes come onto our property to eat. Their gobbling is entertaining.



Josh often makes custom splints (technical term: orthoses) at his clinic. This one is for a lady who has bad arthritis in her hands and needs something to wear when she sleeps that will help straighten out her fingers.
Good to know I have somewhere to go when I get old.

You can't pump your own gas in Oregon, one of only two states with that prohibition (New Jersey).
Fun is watching a 16-year old try to figure out where the gas goes into a '66 Mustang. (I eventually showed him.)

I had another PT appointment today and fir the first time I think I feel more than just momentary improvement. I've been diligent about my assigned exercises and aside from moving those bales of hay Monday afternoon I've been careful about my activity. I don't know if today's improvement will last and what caused it. The new manipulations she did? The cumulative effect of the treatments and exercises? The cupping she did today? (hickeys on my back now)
I don't care, I'm just VERY grateful for a measure of improvement and hoping it lasts!!

Poor Frenchie. She is SO stressed. By mid afternoon she was hoarse from crying.
