From CBS.com this afternoon. Go ahead and take a city bus to bed.

The Seahawks took a drubbing while the Cardinals handed one out. (Sorry, McCures.) I expected the opposite on both counts so I'm revising my post-season expectations. Just maybe the AZ Cards are for real.

Today was a "lots of little things" day. I had three different email conversations with back-and-forth messages about the Puerto Rico and Tanzania trips. I got the opening for the window in Fred's loft widened with the help of my reciprocating saw, and the window primed. I abused my body at the gym as partial penance for my gluttony while in Seattle, and I made good progress on the first chapter.

Living a 5-hour drive from my folks is a lot better than living a 3-hour plane ride away. But after enjoying being with them for three days I wish we were even closer. We've been home 24 hours and I'm missing them.

I know I should have more, and maybe I should have skipped a post for tonight. This unusually brief post is mostly an indication of my mental and physical fatigue. A cup of CR coffee, some leftover Christmas cookies (hey, I earned them), and the second half of the football game.
Bed before the game's over.
