I am so confused

Eschermobile

Looks like I got out of the Midwest just in time. The first leg of my trip home went through Cleveland which is one big snow pile right now.

Tomorrow morning the rest of the nation will be on daylight savings time, having moved their clocks ahead one hour. Arizona doesn't participate in that shift, so we won't lose an hour's sleep.
From that point on it gets confusing. Tonight the time here is an hour ahead of L.A. and two hours behind Grand Rapids. Tomorrow we'll be the same as L.A. and three hours behind GR. So which time zone are we really in? Tonight prime time TV here begins at 7:00. Tomorrow night...I don't have a clue.

Pam worked today. I did laundry, cleaned and fixed supper. I'm going to make somebody a great wife someday.
I did the same marinated chicken on the grill that I did a few months ago (we like it) but this time I got the veggies right. I left the foil packet open so the red peppers and asparagus with EVOO and garlic salt caramelized like they were supposed to. Next time I may try grilling potatoes in addition. But I'll probably have to go to bed early to recover.

Do you notice anything odd about this headline on USAToday.com?
"Man charged with killing dismembered woman in PA."
I would have thought she was dead by the time she was dismembered.

Tomorrow at Pathway Bible Church we'll look at the Sodom & Gomorrah narrative in the worship service and then continue working through a doctrinal statement in Foundations (what we call Sunday School). It was great to be at Celebration last Sunday, and getting the opportunity to preach was a bonus, even if it did come with two hours notice. But I think God is doing something at Pathway and I'm anxious to be back. Both hours involve some significant content with important implications. Expecting visitors, too.
So I'm going to head to bed. Sunday mornings take a lot of energy.
