Here I am watching Sunday Night Football and I just realized "The Sound of Music" is ABC. How did I miss that??

I learned late yesterday afternoon that colds would keep Matt and his family home this morning, which meant that I also led the singing. Add to them the families out of town visiting family for the holidays and the McCures home with pink eye and ... well, we didn't set any attendance records today. But while I can't speak for anyone else, I had fun. This is a good group!

Yeah, the Seahawks are bad. The Cardinals looked good today, at least until Leinart went it the game. When they beat the Packers next week (sorry, McCures) the Cards will have a first week bye going into the playoffs.

I'm working at a rental tomorrow morning, doing repairs on a wide variety of things. After that I'll work on the cabinet doors. My goal is to have them done and installed before I head to Seattle on the 8th. I'll still have to make all the drawer fronts but that shouldn't take too long.

Saturday I got all the parts to do a tune-up on Gerta - points, condenser, rotor, cap and plugs. I'll pull the distributor to give it the thorough cleaning it needs, so this is a 1/2 day project at some point. But Gerta is doing just fine so there's no real hurry.

I'm sorry, but that's all I've got on a Sunday evening. And I want to get over to The Sound of Music before they get to "These are a Few of My Favorite Things."
