(Remind me to tell you about my cherry '72 Chevy truck and the tree that also went the wrong direction.)
Sue sent me a message that my blog's appearance was getting boring. So I went into the controls and changed everything up. I chose this one because it looks a little like carbon fiber and that seemed cutting edge. Italian supercar-ish. If you hate the new look blame Sue.This is a cool trick.
Suspended Water
I don't understand how/why it works. But I think the kids of home schoolers, especially if their mom's name is Sue, should work at mastering this trick. In the dining room. Practice 'til you get it right.
Walked and carried clubs for 18 holes this afternoon. We hit 88 degrees. I carry a stainless steel water bottle that I refill and empty often and still came home very thirsty. But it was a beautiful afternoon to be on the golf course and I felt much better about this week's
Tomorrow we'll be back in the mid-80's and the plan is a 40-miler. I'll start mid-morning.
I'm looking forward to Sunday. Some anxiety about my message because it's a different type of sermon for me. In the second hour - Foundations - we'll be finishing up our study of the 10 Commandments. Interesting word/concept, and the specific wording of the tenth commandment suggests significant implications. Do you know what it says?
Of course the big news of the day is the earthquake and tsunami in Japan. The video footage is amazing, particularly the clip of the sky scrapers swaying side to side. Very significant movement! Pretty impressive engineering that allows buildings that tall to sway that much and not crumble.
I'd write more but we're going to work on taxes tonight. Pam will read data from the checkbook register and I'll enter it on the spreadsheet I've created. So much fun we can't put it off any longer.

(You must think we just fell off the turnip truck! LOL)
I think it's totally legit! How would you fake that? Like the guy said, practice, practice, practice!
That looks so cool! Maybe we'll try it outside...after the snow melts...so, like, August. *rolls eyes*
And Sue, nice job on the new background. I like it!
