Out in the garage is a box with every gasket required to put an engine back together, and all the peripherals cleaned and ready to bolt back on. Those that don't get the same Chevy Blue that goes on the block have been painted the appropriate color.
I was planning to spend tomorrow and Monday assembling a Chevy 235. Not gonna happen.
I found not one, but two sources for an air cleaner. I'm working on putting together the deal for the better of the two. If that falls apart I found one in eBay that might end at a reasonable price.
The U.S. Open has provided some great matches. Last night's between Federer and Monfils was epic. Today's women's semi between Wozniaki and Peng Shuai was...weird. If the three commentators are to be believed the USTA broke several of its own rules in dealing with the situation.

I'm a little stressed about Sunday's sermon. Maybe not stressed, but something close. It's the first in a brief series unlike anything I've done before, and after doing this for 40 years that says somethin'. I've spent a lot of time on it and will give it more tomorrow.
Right now, desert and bed. Sorry to disappoint but my day has been filled with studying and writing with no time for the kind of stuff that makes for blog fodder.
