"You can do anything with bayonets except sit on them." - Thomas Hardy

Sometimes when I'm listening to Pandora I hear a piece of music so beautiful I have to stop what I'm doing, close my eyes, and just listen. This morning it was a selection new to me, the cello concerto no. 1 in G major by Mozart. Goodness.

I got a two-line email this morning from a gal at church telling me that she's been called in to work Sunday and so would have to leave right after the worship service. She can't stay for second hour.
You have no idea how rare that is, and how much it meant to me.
And I don't mean that someone doesn't stay for second hour.

If/when we build our tiny house (DV) I want a decent sound system. What we have now can graciously be described as adequate, something we bought as a "whole box" unit with amp and speakers together. It's Yamaha, so "junk" doesn't apply, but for a 5.1 system it's pretty mediocre. I can't really hear that it's surround sound.
And I want to go wireless. No matter where I were to put the base the furthest speaker won't be more than 30' away, so range shouldn't be an issue.
As the quality of TV continues to decline I find myself listening to music more, and wishing we had a better system.

Elder meeting tonight.
Short post tonight.
Early morning tomorrow.

In wall speakers will save you the limited square footage. Plus, the biggest hassle is running the wires - which you'll be able to do during construction
