"Of all human activities, man's listening to God is the supreme act of his reasoning and will." - Pope Paul VI

The ultimate in roadside assistance - divine intervention

Can you imagine what would happen if 5,000 people were allowed to enter the U.S. without any documentation or application? We might as well hang out the "Welcome" sign, dismantle the INS, and forget any pretense of a boarder (never mind a wall). Instead of the occasional caravan we'd have a constant stream. Would you want to live in almost any of the Latin America countries if you could just walk into the U.S.?
(Note: there are exceptions, Costa Rica being foremost. Brazil is iffy right now, and after that....)

Dolly is VERY loud and she has been bellowing All Day Long. I checked and there's nothing wrong with her. Sort of.
I think she's in heat and wants a man!
There's no discharge but her tail is wagging like she's trying to flag down the 5th fleet.
Goodness, it's annoying.

I'm just back from small group and it was small this week. Sports tourneys, hunting trips, broken pipes that flooded the house, and trips to see your mother had us down to four tonight. But it was great. It gave us the opportunity to talk about important things at a greater depth than might have been possible with all 12 of us present.

Two more sleeps and she's home. It's been a long day (I sure hope she likes it 'cause it's too late now) and I'm ready to turn in. I have an 8:30 a.m. PT appointment tomorrow and then I want to get back to keep working on this project before the rain starts at (a predicted) 2:30.
Pam gets in Wednesday night and it's supposed to be rain free for most of the day so I may have a little time to tie up odds and ends.

But for now...goodnight!
