I know his pain.

On the Sunday talk shows NJ Gov. Chris Christie bucked the "lower expectations" mantra and predicted that Thursday morning the campaign would be a new ballgame because of Romney's debate performance. What did he know? And which team is his pick to win the Super Bowl?!

Nike created new uniforms for this year's NFL season and linemen aren't happy with the results. They say the new form fitting jerseys make them look fat. 

And this surprises them?

I adjusted Louise's new electric choke this morning. I took her for a test drive yesterday and things weren't right; she started easily but then acted like she was running way too rich. So today I leaned out the setting and took her for a drive this afternoon. I think I have to make a choice. It will either start easily or run well once up to temp. I choose the latter.

And back in the day we understood that cars had to warm up before setting off. It's these dang computers under the hood that spoiled us. 

Now I've got to figure out why the brakes don't work right when backing up. Weird. 

What percentage of people feel like screw-ups? They don't show it on the outside, but inside they're beating themselves up for getting so much stuff wrong. 

This is pretty impressive and fun to mess with. On my computer (MacBook Pro running Chrome) I click on a picture and get a black screen. But when I click on that black screen I get the full image. Depending on your internet connection it may take a couple of seconds to refocus after a zoom.
