It's too bad ignorance isn't painful.

These dogs are both named MacDonald.

I didn't win the restored '69 Ghia in the raffle drawing today. It was held by a VW parts house in Tucson to raise money for a widower and his two young girls after his wife died of cancer last summer. I figured the $20 was a small investment toward a good cause and hadn't planned my life around winning the car.
But it would have been fun.

I'm stressed about tomorrow. I don't know if the songs will work or the three mini-lessons make sense. Then there's the two magic tricks. I've practiced everything and will do more before I go to bed.
(Note: the magic tricks are connected to the lessons, visual aids. Not gratuitous. But they're pretty cool if they work.)

I haven't watched any of the bowl games today. I started to watch the Johnson & Johnson Tucks Hemorrhoid Bowl that featured Northern North Dakota State against Andersonville College of Cosmetology and House Painting but got distracted.
Seriously, is there a college in the country that didn't get invited to a bowl game? I've never heard of half these schools.

It's New Year's Eve. I'll celebrate by eating brownies right from the pan and be in bed before Dick Clark has his cummerbund fastened.
Yeah, that's really how it's spelled. Who knew?
See you next year.

Thanks. You too. Maybe we'll connect in 2012. FBC?

I sure hope so! (What's FBC? Sorry...the coffee hasn't kicked in yet.)

Family Bible Conference. It's what the GGF now calls the annual convention. I realize that's the middle of your busiest time of the year and the conference is 1500 miles away (Seattle), and so a real long shot.

Ahhh...right. That rings a bell. The Pastors' Conference would be more likely (if you're attending this spring).

I really wish we could go to Seattle; we'd get to see Sue & Mike too!

LOL Everybody knows we're the real reason people are drawn here.

Yes, I will be at the Pastor's Conference, which is now called the Leadership Conference I think. So the Greens should make the trip!

It would be for me, Sue!

Sheesh! I need to update my GGF conference vernacular!

Craig, pray that we don't get any rentals around that time, okay? That's what holds us back. Also, I just remembered that our musical performances are the 26th-29th, so I'm not sure if I can be gone the week prior.
